I'm commenting here so I know you'll get it. I think maybe they don't talk about their courtship much, etc., because they split up after a short marriage. And back then, divorce was like a huge no-no among Filipinos -- the whole Catholic thing and all. Seriously, I think that's why my parents didn't divorce until 2001!
I can see how the Filipino family on that site makes you feel bittersweet. I've thought of submitting there, too, but...I don't know.
